Request a prescription

The NHS App is by far the best way to order your repeat medication and allows you to notify us about any medication queries. You may see that your prescription request has been temporarily rejected on the NHS App- followed by a message from us to say the prescription is being reviewed by the Doctor. In most cases the prescription is then authorised. We may leave a message for you if some of your prescription can not be issued.

Alternatively you can email us your repeat prescription request or provide a written request.
