To get the most from your practice when booking an appointment we will ask you for some details- this ensures your encounter is appropriately coordinated to the right care in an efficient manner. We are committed to ensuring all patients can access routine appointments by using the method that is most convenient to them. We are not an emergency care service. We have limited capacity for on the day, within 3 days or within 2 week appointments. Where we are at capacity, you will be informed where you can seek alternate support.

2) Your GP works out how best to help you
3) You will be contacted to help address your need/ offered an appointment
via NHS App
Use the NHS App to access our routine appointment booking system (or on computer with your NHS login details).
You can still call/ email us about any admin query. For clinical queries use the online consultation form (this is the fastest route) the reception can also help you complete a medical query form to share with the clinical triage team if you are unable to do so yourself. Please note, medication queries or concerns about any medication prescribed by us can also be done via the NHS app.
