If a hospital doctor/ team arranged a test or scan- the result would go back to them to report on.

The hospital usually write to you (and copy the surgery in) with the results. Occasionally they might send you an appointment for a review after the scan to discuss.

The hospital secretary for the hospital specialist you have seen might be a good start to contact if you are chasing the results.

Please note after any scan- the specialist needs time to interpret all the detailed information from an image so may take a few weeks for any report to be made available to you.
