District Nurse - North locality team

Patients confined to their homes who need nursing care, can arrange through the surgery for the district nurse to visit.

The district nursing team offers nursing care, advice and support with a wide variety of problems. Referrals can be made by your doctor or any member of the health care team. Patients and relatives can also make referrals.
