New baby registration

If you have just had a baby- congrats, we want to make it as easy as possible to help new parents through the registration process.

Few things to consider:

Any information required to register the baby with the GP will be in your baby's red book, so have it handy.
It is vital that you register your baby as soon as you can - Child registration form. This is to avoid missing out on vital reviews and immunisations. We would need details of all baby's vaccinations if done elsewhere.
New mothers are exempt from prescription fees for 1year after delivery (or 12months from due date). You can collect and complete a prescription exemption form at reception.
