We expect your behaviour toward all practice staff (and towards our other patients) to be conducted with mutual respect. This applies whether you speak with us, write to us or come to see us.

We will not tolerate any behaviour that is insulting, shouting, threatening or cursing toward another member.

Where you fall short of this you will be provided a warning letter and will be taken off the list if we then have to write to you again. Due to the gravity of the circumstances you risk being taken off our practice list without a warning letter in certain cases.

We ask that you work with us to help support you. Please remember, we are not trying to be difficult but simply trying to offer you a service set up by NHS primary care which is governed in the UK by NHSE.
