If you have been advised to provide a blood pressure or weight reading there are a few options available:

• Our BP/ weight machine- available in reception foyer area (best time around 1-4pm). Please write your name on the ticket and post it in the black post box next to it.

• You may be able to go to the chemist who offers these checks.

• You can purchase a Blood Pressure machine online from Amazon (consider it to be a long term investment for your health- approx £20). You don't need an expensive one, but make sure it goes on your upper arm and is the appropriately sized (large arms need a large cuff)

If you have been asked to provide serial blood pressure reading as your blood pressure is high (more than 140/90, or more than 140/80 if diabetic or kidney disease) please complete this BP diary log and email it back to us.
